Prayer For Your Children or Grandchildren

My children are pretty active and adventurous so I really need to pray for them. They rock climb, skydive, skateboard, snowboard, climb on buildings, camp out in the forest, etc.
I  wondered in the past how the mothers of “extreme sports children” feel. Now I know but I don’t worry, I just pray.
Elohim-Strength and Power (Genesis 35:1)
1. Bless The LORD 2. Forgive Others
3. Confess Your Sins 4.Thank The LORD
God (Elohim), I lift up (names) to You…
Please crown my children with loving kindness and tender mercies. Delight their mouth with good things.
Cleanse my children from all the guilt of their sins and rebellion against You. Please heal them of their diseases. May You redeem their lives from destruction.

Lead my children to repentance out of Your goodness, oh God. Please save their souls.
May they confess with their mouth, The LORD Jesus
( Adonai Yeshua) and believe in their heart that God raised Him from the dead.

Sanctify them, deliver them from every evil work and preserve them for Your heavenly kingdom.
I pray for their protection, You are their strong tower, a shelter from the enemy. Surround them with Your angels. You are their rock, their strength, and their refuge.
You know the number of the hairs on their heads. Deliver them from all their troubles. Establish their steps and set their feet on solid rock.
Help them to follow their passion and use the abilities You gave them. Open the windows of opportunity in their lives. Give them the courage to do what is right.

Provide them with clear direction, guide them in their actions, and enable them to succeed. Bless the work of their hands.
Help them to submit to their elders, be subject to one another, and be clothe with humility. God, You resists the proud but gives grace to the humble.
May they walk as children of light.
In Jesus’ Name (B’Shem Yeshua). Amen.

God's Amazing Provision - The Move To Hawaii

4/6/16
After just a few months of preparation in moving to Hawaii, Kurt and Kevin finally made it there.  A friend of mine , Ariel, met them there for fun and adventure.

They had planned to settle in Hilo but it rained a lot, which kept them from the ocean so it defeated the purpose of living near the beach. Problems with allergies and eczema necessitate ocean dipping regularly.

4/14/16
After 7 days in Hilo, they went to Maui. They met a lady at the bus stop who told them to go to Oahu because that is where the jobs are and they have a better bus system.

While in Maui, they went to Lahaina to see their friend. It reminded them of a tropical Breckenridge.
There were lots of high-end tourists and resorts.

4/19/16
They decided to try out Oahu. Ariel went back home to Texas and K & K checked into a cheap hotel in Waikiki on their first night. The city is bustling and full of tourists. Hotels are very expensive, and the cheaper ones were all booked for the weekend. Eventually, they ended up in a male dorm at a hostel. There are buses alright but they are crowded, and it takes some time to get from point A to point B. It is costly to eat, and farmers' market is nowhere to be found.
Their money was going down fast, and Kevin's eczema flared up. He also cut his foot on a sharp rock when he dipped in the ocean. The fear of contracting staph added to the list of worries.

4/21/16
Kurt:
Well this trip is going terrible
Pinky:
Keep your eyes on God who owns Hawaii. Don't let the spirit of fear & doubt affect you.

I prayed for you on my lunch break. I did not eat.  There will be a breakthrough soon.

That afternoon, Kurt was hired as a craftsman by Build Oahu, a Custom Homes Contractor. Perfect for Kurt, who likes fine carpentry.

Things brightened up for Kurt. Next, he bought a motorcycle one block away from where he was.

Finally, he found a shared room with a monthly rental.

In 36 hours he had a job, transportation and a place to live! HalleluYah!

4/23/16
Kevin returned to Maui in Kahului. This was what he said, "so much better to be in Maui, not so crazy here."

I was updating my family in the Philippines about the boys' situation in Hawaii when my Stepmother, Lingling, informed me that she has cousins in Maui.  She notified them of his arrival.

When Kevin got off the plane, he checked the ads for bicycles and there was a newly posted one for sale. He rode the bus and went straight to the seller to buy it.

Pastor Bong and Darlene (Lingling's cousins) offered Kevin a place to stay while looking for a job. They also provided meals for free. He is a Pastor of Maui Philippine Baptist Church.

God took care of Kevin's most pressing need.

Bobby (Dad) on 4/27/16:
Yesterday, I was stressed-out about Kurt having mechanical problems with the used Motorcycle he just purchased. I couldn't bear the thought of him being stranded in a big unfamiliar city, and losing his money from a bad purchase. Alone in my car I prayed out loud to GOD to send someone to help Kurt.

Then this message from Honolulu:

" The bike was clicking so bad after work. I raced to Montgomery Motorsports and made it there with thirty minutes to spare. The master link in the chain was stretched and jumping teeth. All the techs were getting ready to go home but i offered a big tip if anyone could get it done. This one tech did it and i was gonna tip him 80 bucks, but he refused my tip! I insisted he take it but he wouldn't. Now the bike rides like a dream."

5/2/16 Pinky (Mom):
I have fasted on & off throughout the week but I fasted and prayed again on this day specifically praying for Kevin's job. I got a call from Kevin the same evening telling me, he was hired by Whole Foods. This is perfect for him because that is where he gets his food to keep his eczema from breaking out. He will get discounts on food and there is a ladder that he can climb if he wants to be in management someday.

HalleluYah! My praises to my LORD and King, Who owns Hawaii.  Anything is possible with our God.

Transportation, Housing, Job, God provided all!

8/9/16
The boys' skin have cleared up and they have proven that ocean water does really help with eczema along with organic food.

Kurt in Oahu have acquired a surf board, a van, signed up for health insurance, renewed his skydiving license and bought a complete skydiving gear.

Kevin is still with Whole Foods, found a permanent place to live in a nice neighborhood for $700/month for a studio apartment, all bills paid. He bought a motorcycle and a surfboard. He surfs with his friend Mark who lives in Lahaina, Maui.

We took them to Dallas Love Field Airport with only small packs on their back 4 months ago.

Personal Prayer For The New Year!

Happy New Year! Here is your personal prayer for the new year:
LORD, I praise You for Your merciful kindness is great toward us and Your truth endures forever. It is a good thing to give thanks to You LORD (Adonai), and to sing praises to Your Name, O Most High! To show forth Your lovingkindness in the morning, and Your faithfulness every night.
LORD (Adonai), I forgive (name) of (his/her) offenses toward me. I release (name) to You. Help me to be kind and compassionate to (him/her). Enable me to forgive (him/her), just as You, God forgave me through The Messiah. Reveal to me the sins I have committed. Show me my rebellion and my sin. Cleanse me from all unrighteousness.
Evil spirit or spirit of (any problem), I command you to be quiet and come out of me (or name) in The Name of Jesus (Yeshua), Who gave me the authority to trample down snakes and scorpions and to disable all the power of the enemy. I rebuke you satan, the accuser of the brethren, by the blood of Jesus (Yeshua)! You leave me alone right now! The God of Forgiveness (Elohei S’lihot) has forgiven me! Father (Abba), deliver me from my strong enemy, from those who hate me and from them that are too strong for me. LORD (Adonai), even the devils are subject unto us through Your Name.
LORD (Adonai), I acknowledge my sin to You, (name the sin). I will not hide my guilt. I repent! Help my children to be attentive to Your words. Do not let them out of Your sight. Keep them in the midst of Your heart. For Your words are life to them and health to their flesh.
Please bless me LORD (Adonai), and enlarge my territory. Keep Your hand on me. Remove every evil thing from my life, that I may please You.
LORD (Adonai), make (spouse) know the path of life. For in Your presence is unbounded joy and in Your right hand eternal delight. LORD (Adonai), please keep (name) in Your mind and bless him/her.
May (name) fear You and live according to Your instructions. Bless the work of his/her hands and let him/her enjoy the fruit of his labor. Make him/her joyful and prosperous.
Send your angels to help us and place a hedge of protection around our family. LORD (Adonai), You are my Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel. You are The LORD (Adonai) my God, Who teaches me to profit. Lead me in the way that I should go.
Help me to remember You, LORD (Adonai), my God. It is You that gives me the power to get wealth.
May I honor You with my substance and with the first fruits of all my income. If I do this, You will fill my barns with plenty and my presses will burst with new wine.
LORD (Adonai), Help me to listen and fulfill Your instructions that I may prosper. I will commit my work to You. Please grant me a favor and bless the work of my hands.
In Jesus’ Name (B’Shem Yeshua), Amen.

My Story

Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in Thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer. Psalm 19:14 (KJV)!
Hi, my name is Cyd J Olson aka Pinky. I am an RN by profession, but I am a prayer warrior by heart. I fight the forces of darkness day and night. The LORD of Hosts (Adonai Tzevaot) is with me.
When you want to pray but you don’t know what to say, don’t worry help is on the way. I created a book entitled, ” Your Prayer Coach – A Personal Prayer Guide.” It is a compilation of all the verses that I gathered from the Scriptures and personalized. I also included prayers from public domain books that I found relevant in my life.

Caleb, praying in action Courtesy of Christen J.

I grew up in a Christian home. I was always in church and attended prayer meetings. Somehow I did not feel comfortable praying in public. My personal prayers were simple, like a baby who was just learning to talk. It was always a struggle. I learned to copy what others say when they pray. Yet, I needed something with substance to pray over my children.
I discovered praying the scriptures when our family was having a severe trial. It was not enough to say. “Help us Lord.” I realized praying the Scriptures gave us hope. On top of that, God sent us a prayer coach and showed us bible verses and words to pray. Personalizing the scriptures became my passion as I prayed them over my family and me. My prayer life became a refreshing drink from the springs of living water.
I pray God’s word every day. I have to read them as I notice that I forget Scriptures if I have to think of them on my own. Forgetfulness is also a trait the enemy can use to derail us. Putting my prayers in print helps me to win over powers of darkness. No more struggles and no time, wasted.  I am focused and I hit the target every time! HalleluYah!
We must pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17). If we live a righteous life, our prayers will be to our great advantage! (James 5:16)!
Prayer is of extreme importance to me. I have plenty of stories about answered prayers. I can’t live without it. Prayer is the fuel of my soul.
